He has a MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, is Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified and PRINCE2 project management qualified.

Alan has a proven track record in HR management working from start-ups to multinational companies, delivering increased business efficiencies and HR services including Organisational Development, Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Reward and Benefits, Learning and Development, and various ad-hoc HR projects utilising PRINCE2 project management practices in the UK, USA, EMEA and Russia.

His interpersonal and management skills combined with his HR knowledge allows him to communicate effectively across an organisation.
